As we saw in the previous article (The Universal Laws of the Universe- part 2), everything is composed of atoms- plants, objects, even colors!

These atoms have electrodes that rotate at a high speed and emit a vibration around them. Now around these atoms, there are vortices of energies that connect atoms to one another, the plants, the objects around us, even colors!

The universe is composed of atoms, which in turn are composed of small vortices of energy and the union of the atoms is formed thanks to these vortices of energy that form a joint vibration.

And because things are made of energy, we, humans, have a vibration.

Now, why is this important? Well, if you remember the Vibrational principle, you´ll know that our thoughts emit a vibration that travels in all directions. These vibrations originate in the brain and travel through the ether affecting the matter it encounters and attracting to you matter that matches your frequency.

This means that our mental processes, thoughts, and feelings determine the vibration we radiate. And this signal determines which objects obey this vibration and attract each other.

Everything you have in your life, you have attracted to you through your vibration, thoughts, and beliefs. If your vibration is low you´ll attract negative situations, people, and objects into your life. If your vibrational frequency is high you´ll attract high vibrational things in your life.

In today´s article, I want to share with you 14 ways to help you raise the vibrational frequency and start attracting not only positive situations into your life but things that will help you create the life of your dreams.

How to know if you have a high or low vibrational frequency?

Before we start you may be wondering how do I know if I have a low or high vibrational frequency?

Well to answer that, I´ll ask you another question. Are you happy with the life you are living? If I told you that in 10 years your life would be exactly the same as it is today, would you be happy? Or would you be terrified and desperate to change, if not a part, but your whole life?

As the Mentalism and Correspondance principle tells us, we create our outer world with our inner world. Our minds have the ability to manipulate and create our future. Life is just a huge mirror that reflects on the outside- the outer world- our inner world, what is inside of us.

Our vibrational frequency which is conditioned by our dominant thoughts and beliefs plays a large part in this process. Remember that our frequency is the way through which we attract situations, people, and objects with a similar vibration as ours into our life.

14 ways to elevate your vibration

Now that we know what our vibrational frequency means and how it impacts our life, let´s start with the first tip to elevate your vibrational frequency:

1º Meditation

Before your prejudices about meditation make you judge this very useful practice, let me explain to you what it is and its benefits.

In simple words, when you are meditating you are capturing universal energy, you are tunning with your inner self and the universe.

We live in such a demanding world- school/work, family, friends, social media, responsibilities, society… There are thousands of things a day that demand our attention.

We go to sleep and wake up in the same madness every day without realizing the effect it has on us. Even though we may not notice how exhausted and tired we are, all of this has an effect on the way we live, think, act, and attract. It is SO easy to lose focus and sight of who we are and what we want.

Meditation is one the best ways to disconnect with the world and reconnect with yourself, it helps your energy flow.

There are many ways and meditation techniques that you can try. If it is your first time, you can start by meditating 5 minutes a day, now who doesn´t have 5 minutes that they can spare?

You can put some relaxing music or simply keep your attention on your breathing and how the air enters and exits through your nose.

2º Alimentation

Our alimentation, what we feed our bodies and minds has such a great impact on our lives and energy.

Eating mostly fast food and processed foods causes our energy levels to decrease and our bodies to underperform.

It is not only our bodies and energy that are affected by the food we eat, but also our health.

To have an abundant life and a high vibrational frequency, we must start with wellness in all areas of our life- love, health, money. And that includes taking care of our body and what we feed it with.

3º Hydration

Did you know that 10% less hydration means 30% less brain activity? How and how much we hydrate our body has a great impact on our energy and vibration.

Moreover, it is not only the lack of hydration but also the food we eat. Refined sugars, coffee, alcohol… not only do they dehydrate our mind but also increase the acidity of our body, which weakness it and turns it into a breeding ground for all kinds of diseases.

The way to rehydrate is to drink water little by little. The trick is to drink water and wait until you go to the bathroom before continuing to drink. Otherwise, you will be waterlogging your organs and not hydrating them. Avoid carbonated beverages as much as possible.

Another way to rehydrate is to eat lots of fruit. Fruit contains a lot of water and is very well absorbed in the intestine.

4º Move your body

Do aerobic exercise daily. Aerobic exercise is the one that you can do while you talk. The benefits of moving your body aerobically include the removal of your blood, oxygenating the body, and increasing circulation by distributing nutrients throughout the body.

All of these benefits help your body stay healthy and fit, increasing your energy and vibration. In addition, when we move our body our brain eliminates endorphins, also known as the hormones of happiness.

5º Clean your aura

Your aura is the energy that protrudes from your body. When you have had a bad day, your aura, that energy, becomes darker and weaker.

Cleaning your aura is as easy as taking a shower at the end of the day, notice how the water drains away all that negative energy.

6º Set yourself a higher goal

Choose something that challenges you, that makes you be the best version of yourself. Choose something big, something that stimulates you to achieve it, something that keeps you awake at night and motivates you to get up in the morning.

7º Focus on the positive

Every situation has two sides, one good and one bad. The side you choose, the side you decide to focus on will flood your mind and your day with positive or negative thoughts, which leads to your dominant thoughts having a high or low frequency.

The happiest people are those trained to see the good in every situation. Focus on the things that make you feel good.

8º Romantizice your life

Fall in love with life. Remember that there are 2 creative energies: fear and love. When you fall in love with everything around you, you raise your vibration to unimaginable limits. Learn to see the love in everything that surrounds you, fall in love with life.

9º Laughter Therapy

Laughter is another of the best ways to raise your energy and vibration. When you laugh you can accomplish things you would not have in normal circumstances. Laughter is the potion for happiness.

10º Get rid of negative vibrations

One of the best ways to accomplish this is to write down how you feel. When you write down your emotions, they lose their strength and are channeled outward.

11º Music

Music is one of the best ways to increase your vibrational frequency. Play music that you like, that fills you up, that improves your mood, turn up the volume, and ENJOY!

12º Spend time in the water

Water has a very high vibrational frequency and connects you to the creative source. It is no coincidence that in many cultures water symbolizes purity. This element has very high conductivity and will help you to achieve the frequency you desire.

13º Aromatherapy and color therapy

Just like music, scents and colors have a vibration of their own and lead you to emotional states. Find colors and scents that enhance your mood, convey positive emotions and surround yourself with them to raise your frequency.

14º Gratitud

Gratitude is the most powerful way to raise your vibration. It is, after love and fear, the most powerful feeling. Gratitude is an emotion born from the soul, born when we recognize and appreciate what we have and have received. When we feel this emotion, we focus on the positive things and automatically increase our frequency.
