Visualize and believe that what you desire is already present in your life

  • When you see other people successfully manifest your desires you feel envy.
  • You feel desperate to have what you are trying to manifest.

  • You have a lot of excuses and/or fears for why it´s not possible for you to manifest your desires.

Find the root cause of your resistance

Once you have identified and recognized the signs that there are blockages stopping your manifestation from becoming real, it´s time to start eliminating and removing those blockages. 

And the first step to doing so is to find the root cause of your resistance.

In most cases this resistance, as we talked about, is caused by fears, low self-esteem, and lack of confidence in yourself and/ or the universe.

In order to help you find the root cause of your resistance here are some journal prompts:

  • What am I afraid would happen if this DID manifest in my life? 
  • How would people react and treat me?
  • How is my fear of this happening protecting me?
  • How do my desires or goals not happening fulfill my beliefs?
  • If there was a reason this couldn´t happen, what would that be? What is the reason behind that answer? (Keep going and digging until you find the root cause for your resistance) 

Identify what you can do to release resistance

Once you have identified your blockages and discovered where they come from, it’s time to identify what you can do to release this resistance.

Most of the time these resistances will be caused by liming beliefs your subconscious recorded during your childhood.

A limiting belief is a belief about yourself, life, your environment, etc. that restricts you in some way.

For example, you might want to manifest health and money into your life but you have the belief that money makes people greedy and bad because your dad said “rich people are greedy” at the dinner table so often. If you become wealthy, your family might reject you so you resist making more money.

Another example: You want to manifest a romantic relationship, but you deeply fear sabotaging the relationship like you saw your parents do when you were a child and so you resist finding the right person. In this case, your fears and resistances protect you from being vulnerable and finding that partner.

In these examples, the blockages that were stopping the manifestations from becoming true were negative and limiting beliefs caused by childhood experiences or false-based beliefs.

Almost all humans are heavily programmed with a lot of false beliefs and understandings about themselves, the universe/ God, how life works, how things work… And these universal untruths cancel out the positive energy we feel toward our desired goals and dreams, blocking them from manifesting in our life.

So in these cases, the key is to change those limiting and negative beliefs for ones that empower our dreams and motivate us to achieve our goals.

Now to change your limiting beliefs there are many different techniques and methods out there, and which one is best for you depends really on how deeply rooted it is in your subconscious.

But to start I want to share with you a very simple method you can try today to start eliminating your limiting beliefs:

  • The first step of this method is to write down on paper the limiting belief, fear, and insecurity you have identified
  • The second step is changing that negative thought into something positive, and useful, and changing it around.

As an example, let´s say you have identified a negative thought that is that you don´t believe yourself deserving of good things in your life.

We could turn around that belief by saying instead: “ I am deserving of love, happiness, success, health, and peace”.

  • The third step is to internalize and change that belief/thought/fear. Every time that you catch yourself saying that limiting belief, stop and instead repeat to yourself the positive affirmations you changed that belief into.

Stop chasing and start attracting

As we have seen, the main first reason why there are obstacles standing in the way of our manifestations is because of our limiting beliefs, to which we saw how to identify those limiting beliefs and change them for more empowering ones.

Now the second reason why your manifestations are not working is because when you manifest you do it from a position of wanting, not attracting. Because yes, these two words have very different meanings.

In order to understand the difference between these two,  I want to share with you a very important secret: the universe actually has an avoidant attachment style.

This means that you will attract what you desire as soon as you no longer need the thing to make you happy.

When we want something it doesn´t automatically mean that we are attracting that thing into our life. Wanting is not attracting.

Wanting puts us in a position of chasing instead of attracting. When we want something we are not elevating our energy to that of the thing we want, which is the most important thing to do if we want to successfully manifest something in our life.

So how can I achieve this? How can I go from chasing to attracting?

 It is quite simple actually. Only when you embody the feeling of having will the law of attraction respond and bring into your life the thing you desire. You first need to embody how it FEELS to have that thing, which, curiously enough, consists of successfully completing the second step that all manifestation goes through.

What I´m saying with this tip is to not wait to feel how you think obtaining what you desire will make you feel. Because by doing this you are setting yourself up for failure.

In other words, if you want to be happy in a relationship, you first have to learn to be happy single. If you want to be rich because you believe it will make you happy, you have to learn how to be happy while being poor.

Let go of needing the thing you want. The trick to finding the balance between clearly expressing what we desire and letting it go is to practice being happy and at peace NOW.

When we let go of the thing we want we are realising resistance, clearing blockages. This causes the manifestation process to speed up, bringing into your life the things you desire faster.

  1. I am willing to believe that I can manifest …

  6. I allow … to flow into my life now with ease and grace.
  7. I don’t know how, but I am manifesting … and it feels amazing to receive it.
  8. I’ve decided that I AM worthy of receiving … because I am the creator of my life.
  9. I release and heal all beliefs that block my desires.
  10. I choose to trust that my desires are meant for me.

Gather evidence of past manifestations

The truth is that you have probably already manifested something your desired into your life without realizing it. Take some time to write down all the times you want something in the past and it happened.

This tip is incredibly useful and important not only because it allows us the opportunity to consciously appreciate the things in our life, but also to motivate us and further solidify our self-concept as someone who is successful in manifesting what we desire.
